40-year-old pedestrian was killed on the spot when a speeding BMTC bus knocked him down on service road outside Majestic bus stand in the early hours of Wednesday.
The deceased who is yet to be identified was walking into the bus stand when the bus driver identified as Gopal N knocked him down .
Based on the complaint filed by MB Kantharaju,police constable,the Upparpet traffic police have arrested the driver and seized the bus for further investigation.
