he Siddapura police have arrested a 34-year-old security guard for stealing cash Rs.10.9 lakh from the office of an auditor where he was working.
Based on the complaint,the Siddapura police track down the accused Narayanaswamy,resident of Chikkaballapur and arrested him.
The accused using the stolen cash had purchased a car worth Rs.5.8 lakh and started working as cab driver .
He was arrested along with the car while he was having a tea at a roadside hotel in Kasturinagar.
The police also recovered cash Rs.3.5 lakh which he had kept in the boot space of the car.With the rest of the money the accused had purchased gold valuables and expensive phone for him said a senior officer.
