n a tragic incident,a 5-year-old boy died,and his parents are in critical condition after consuming a cancelled order cake at their home in Bhuvaneshwarinagar, KP. Agrahara,Bengaluru on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as,Dhiraj,5 year old resident of KP Agrahara.
Senior officer said,The man working as delivery executive had got the cake which was cancelled order and he brought home and had with his wife and child .
Soon the trio vomitted and fell on the grounds writhing in pain.
Neighbours noticed the trio and rushed them to hospital where Dhiraj,5 died while Balraj and Nagalakshmi were serious.
The KP Agrahara police have registered a case and suspected that Dhiraj died due to food poison after eating stale food.
The police are awaiting recovery of couple to question them to ascertain about the facts.
We suspect that Dhiraj died due to food poisoning and awaiting post mortem report for exact reason said a senior officer.
The KP.Agrahara police are looking into the case and launched a probe to ascertain the exact reason of the death.
