Pattabhiram: Rs 12.85 crore for the iron fence around Jagan’s house!

When Jagan was the Chief Minister, Rs 12.85 crore was spent on the iron fence built around his house in Tadepally, said Kommareddy Pattabhiram, national representative of TDP.

 Amaravati: When Jagan was Chief Minister, Rs 12.85 crore was spent on the iron fence built around Jagan’s house in Tadepally. He complained that Rashtrapati Bhavan and Prime Minister’s residence also do not have such fencing arrangements. Bath tubs, cupboards, massage tables in Rushikonda Palace and Tadepalli Palace are proof of his luxury. He spoke to reporters at the TDP headquarters in Mangalagiri on Tuesday. The general administration department said that Rs 12.85 crore was spent on the iron fence built around Jagan’s house. Sanctioned Rs.3.25 crores for construction of Viewcutter on 0.148 acres of land on south side. Jagan spent a total of Rs.16.10 crores of public money on security arrangements around his house. It is the dictators who oppress the people who put up iron fences like this,’ they said.  

‘Jagan misappropriated more than Rs.5 thousand crores in the name of luxuries during his reign. Rs.3 thousand crores were spent on Vaikapa colors on government buildings, Rs.700 crores on figures on survey stones and Rs.600 crores on Rushikonda Palace. Pattabhi Duyyabatta said, “Ghanthajagandi has spent Rs. 500 crores on Sakshi magazine, Rs. 13 crores on figures on pass books and Rs. 15 crores on expenses in Tadepalli Palace.”

Education Minister Lokesh has warned that the day is approaching when former CM Jagan looted Rs.1000 crores in five years. It was mentioned in ‘X’ on Tuesday that the time has come to increase the height of the fence of Tadepalli Palace. ‘Jagan, who spent five years collecting people’s money and piled bundles of notes in Tadepalli Palace, finally spent Rs. 13 crores of public money to build a fence around the house,’ they said.
