On the occasion of Police Martyrs Remembrance Day, he paid tribute by placing a wreath at the Stupa of Martyrs at Goshamahal Police Training Center in Hyderabad on Monday. He made it clear that friendly policing is only for the victims who come to the police station and strict attitude should be adopted in the case of criminals. It has been announced that the compensation will be increased for the families of the policemen who died in the line of duty. It was recalled that the son of recently deceased DG Vigilance and Enforcement Rajeev Ratan has been appointed Grade-2 Municipal Commissioner and another officer’s son has been appointed as Deputy Tehsildar. Telangana Police is a role model for the country. Union Home Minister Amit Shah praised the performance of TS Cyber ​​Security Bureau. He expressed concern over the rise in cyber crimes. He said that the supply and consumption of drugs has increased in the state for ten years. The Chief Minister announced that the compensation to the families of those who died in the line of duty and suffered permanent disability as part of the maintenance of law and order would be greatly increased. Rs.crore to the families of deceased constables, head constables and ASIs, Rs.1.25 crores to SSIs and CIs, Rs.1.50 crores to DSPs and ASPs, Rs.2 crores to the families of SPs and IPSs, Rs.50 lakhs to the families of constables, ASIs and SSIs in case of permanent disability. , CIs and DSPs will be given Rs.60 lakhs and the families of IPSs and SPs will be given Rs.1 crore each. DGP Dr. Jitender said that it is our responsibility to remember the sacrifices of those who gave their lives for the country. It is said that 214 policemen have been killed in the line of duty this year. A police officer from Telangana has lost his life. It is said that till now Rs. 150 crores have been refunded out of the money taken by the cyber criminals. Today-Hyderabad, Narsinghi-Newstoday: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Monday laid the foundation stone for the construction of the ‘Young India Police School’ to be established for the children of police and other uniformed service employees. The school will be built on 50 acres of Greyhounds campus in Manchirevu, Gandipet Mandal, a suburb of Hyderabad. On Monday evening, Revanth Reddy, Minister Sridhar Babu, CS Shantikumari and DGP Jitender unveiled the plaque at the camp. Speaking in the program organized afterwards, Sridhar Babu announced that the government will allocate 15 percent seats to the locals in the Young India Police School. Earlier, BJP MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy said that the minister responded by asking for 10 percent reservation for locals in the police school. Home Department Special Principal Secretary Ravi Gupta, Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand, Greyhounds Additional DG Stephen Ravindra and Law and Order Additional DG Mahesh Bhagwat were present. The state government on Monday issued an order allowing the construction of ‘Young India Police School’. It said that the proposals sent by DGP Jitender are being accepted.
