30-year-old motorcycle rider was killed and his friend riding pillion rider was injured when an unidentified vehicle knock down their bike near Hasanaghatta gate on Hindupura-Yelahanka state highway on Tuesday .
The deceased has been identified as Upendra,from Maluru town while the injured Chandrashekhar was admitted to hospital .
The duo had visited Upendra’s relative house in Mallathalli and returning home.The Doddaballapur rural police have registered a case and efforts are on to track down the vehicle .
