21 year old student who was assaulted by a group of youth for objecting to clicking picture of his female classmates on October 26,succumbed to his injuries three days later.
The police based on the complaint,arrested the accused chandru,Nagesh and Murali from Honnapura charging them under murder.
Senior officer said,the deceased Punith,student of a private college in Bengaluru had come to Chikkenahalli farm house with his seven of his classmates comprising of boys and girls on vacation.
Few of the girls went to swim in the pool and the accused who arrived at the farm house began to click pictures of girls and recording videos .
Punith noticed this and objected to their behaviour.
Heated arguments ensured between them following which the trio of overpower and attacked Punith with a wooden log.Punith sustained severe head injuries and rushed to a private hospital where he succumbed there days later.
Based on the complaint the Ramanagar police registered a case of murder and track down the accused and arrested them.
