Hindutva activist Puneeth Kerehalli booked by chamarajpet police for using abusive words against BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan and also hurting the religious sentiments

The Chamarajpet police have registered an FIR against  Hindutva activist Puneeth Kerehalli for using abusive words against housing Minister, waqf and social welfare, BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan threatening him with dire consequences and also hurting the religious sentiments .

Based on the complaint, the police charged Puneeth Kerehalli under section 299 (Deliberate and malicious acts,intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) on Wednesday.

Puneeth had put out a post on social media abusing Zameer Ahmed Khan calling union Minister HD Kumaraswamy with racist comment .

During this he even used abusive words against Zameer Ahmed Khan and used communal slurs and threatened him with dire consequences if he visit Hassan and Mandya.
The accused a resident of JP Nagar and a native of Alur taluk in Hassan district having over 10 criminal cases including,murder,attempt to murder and criminal intimidation cases against him in city and different parts of the state .
