he Madanayakanahalli police on Thursday arrested a 50-year-old secretary cum owner of a private school for misbehaving with a group of girl students in the school.
Based on the complaint by the victim,the police arrested Eerathaiah,charging him under various sections of POCSO act.
The accused would call the group of 10th standard girls to his office and misbehaved with them and touched them inappropriately for many times .
Unable to beat the harassment the girls narrated this with their parents who staged a protest outside the school demanding action against the accused .
The police along with the BEO of Bengaluru North rushed to the spot and conducted inquiry and secured the accused for further investigation.
