he Marathahalli police have arrested wife,her mother and brother from Uttar Pradesh in connection with the suicide case of Atul Subhash,34,father of the deceased demanded the authorities concerned to reunite them with their grandson.
Several teams were formed and dispatched to track down the accused who were on the run in different directions.
While one team track down Nikhita Singhania at a paying guest accommodation in Hongkong bazaar in Gurgoan her mother and brother Nisha Singhania and Anurag Singhania were nabbed by another team of police near hotel Rameswaram Inn in Prayagraj,DCP, Whitefield Division,Shivakumar Gunare,said .
The accused have been booked under section 108 (abetment to suicide)of BNS,produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody,while efforts are on to track down the uncle of Nikhita Singhaniya Shushil Singhaniya who is on the run.
The Child according to the police has been left under the custody of their relatives and the police have confirmed this as part of the investigation.
Speaking to the media from his home town in Uttar Pradesh,Pawan Kumar Modi thanked the police for their efforts and demanded strict punishment for the accused .
We demanded the authorities concerned to hand over the grandson to us and we will wait for the justice to be served and not disposed mortal remains of Atul until then.
That was his last wish and we also demanded the magistrate who played a vital role in the case and forced Atul to take extreme step,Mr.Modi,said .
