t was one normal missed call made by prime accused Nikita Singhania,which helped the police to track her down to a Paying Guest accommodation,in Gurugram where she was taking shelter on Saturday .
The accused who were on the run soon after the news of Atul Subhash suicide and a team of police reached UP to secure the accused .
While the prime accused Nikita moved to a PG accommodation in Gurugram,her mother,Nisha singhania and her son Anurag Singhania taken shelter in Jhusi town in Prayagraj town in Uttar Pradesh .
The accused according to the police took all precautionary measures and communicated with relatives through WhatsApp calls.
The police had pasted a copy of summon at the locked house and began to track their movements with the help of local police .
But on one occasion,Nikita made one call,apparently by mistake,to one of her close relatives.The Police team immediately tracked the tower location at PG accommodation in Blossom Stayz,JJ Home Furnishings, Phase,Rail Vihar,Sector 57,Gurugram.
The police detained her and made to make a call to her mother.When Nisha Singhania received the call,police tracked them to Jhusi town and took them into custody on the same day,a senior officer said .
Considering the seriousness of the case the police brought the accused to the city under tight security in a late night flight .
The accused were subjected to medical examination and produced them before magistrate residence and remanded to judicial custody at Parappana Agrahara prison.
Nikita in the custody of police denied the allegation of harassment and blamed Atul for all the mess.
She claimed that she was forced to leave the house and had to approach the police and file a complaint against the harassment by Atul and her family members .
The police have seized the mobile phone and sent it to FSL for analysis to look out for more evidence related to the case .
