37 Year-old scooter rider working as garbage truck driver was killed while he was heading towards townhall on BGS flyover at KR market in the wee hours of Wednesday.
The deceased chandraraju,was working with BBMP as truck driver on contract basis .
The deceased Chandraraju according to the city market traffic police might have involved in self accident .
The deceased was speeding the vehicle and suspected to have lost control and slipped from the vehicle and crashed in the road sustaining head injuries.
However the family of the deceased suspect that it could be a hit and run case and demanded a detailed probe.
Based on the complaint,the City Market traffic police, have registered a case of rash and negligent driving , death due to negligence and also under various sections of the IMV act for further investigation.
In another incident a 27-year-old private firm employee was killed and his friend riding pillion sustained injuries when the bike they were riding crashed into an cab on madiwala flyover on Tuesday night.
The deceased Srinivasa Rao,from JP nagar and his friend vijay Reddy,28 were returning home from work .
The Madiwala traffic police have registered a case and are investigating.
