The Sadashivanagar police have registered a case against Infosys co-founder Senapathy Kris Gopalakrishnan and 17 IISC members others under SC/ST Act based on a private complaint filed by a faculty member accusing them of dismissing him from service through a fake honey trap case and subjected him to casteist abuse.

The complainant,Prof.D.Sanna Durgappa, formerly with centre for sustainable technologies had approached the 71st city civil and session court and got issued a direction to the jurisdictional police to register a case and investigate the matter on Monday .

According to the complaint, the accused used fake honey trap case to dismiss him from service in 2014.

The complaint was even proved by a committee from Karnataka legislative assembly and concluded that the accusations are false.

Even the sexual harassment committee formed of IISC violated SC ruling and did not have a single member from the NGO and KLA committee found that the IISc has no power to dismiss his from service.

Based on the finding even though IISC agreed to take him back,Prof.Durgappa has not been taken back to the service and ensured that he could not get a job across India.

Even the union Education Ministry when contacted through mail has given wrong replies.

Prof.Durgappa further alleged in his complaint that even though there were 30 sexual harassment complaints registered but no action has been taken..

The IISc has allegedly misused 2500 crores of funds and the directors have brought stay from the court over 15 times to scuttle all the efforts to bring the irregularities to light.

The complainant gets constant threats from the accused and despite the probe he was not taken back to the service.
