Two labourers arrested by Railway Police for pushing passenger out of moving train over trivial row over space in train

The Railway police on Thursday arrested two labourers for pushing a 28-year-old passenger out of a moving train over a trivial row over space on Tuesday.

The accused Devappa,45,a gardener and his associate Peerappa,31,a wall painter from Kalaburagi were travelling on Yeshwanthpur-Bidar train.

The duo was sitting near the door near the washroom when the victim Kumar MG,resident of Channapatna came near the door and tried to accommodate himself .

Heated argument ensued between them over the space in them in the melee the duo overpowered Kumar and pushed him out from a moving train.Kumar fell down and died on the tracks.

The Bengaluru cantonment railway police registered a case and after a detailed probe track down the duo identifying them through local intelligence network .

The police have registered a case of murder and further investigations are on.
