he Hennur police have arrested a 19-year-old habitual offender and recovered 11 mobile phones worth ₹ 4.7 lakh from him.
The accused Poojari Vannuru Swamy,from Ananthapura in Andhra Pradesh had burgled a mobile shop in Kalyana Nagar and escaped with 14 mobile phones .
The accused had sold the stolen mobile phones to his contacts and relatives and used the money on his vices.
Based on the complaint,the police track down the accused near Tin factory in KR Puram and recovered the valuables .
The accused according to the police,involved in several house break thefts which is under investigation.
