Marketing Manager and Home Guard Wanted in theft case,arrested after 20 years from Andhra Pradesh by Doddaballapur Rural Police

The Doddaballapur rural police have arrested a 47-year-old Home guard working with the Andhra Pradesh police and his associate serving as marketing Manager for a private company, after the duo involved in a theft case jumped bail and relocated neighbouring state with a fresh identity 20 years ago .

It was Superintendent of Police,CK Baba’s advise the district police stepped up to clear old cases piled up and started pursuing the duo who were arrested in a electric motor theft case,20 years ago and jumped bail,with many warrants pending against them.

The accused Nagaraju and Srinivasulu in the year 2004 stolen a electric motor from a glass manufacturing factory in Doddaballapur industrial area .

Based on the complaint,the police had arrested the duo and remanded them to judicial custody.

After spending three months in prison,the duo managed to come out on bail and escaped to their native after jumping the bail condition.

While Nagaraju joined as home guard and started serving Puttaparthy,Bukkapattinam and Dharmavaram police to assistant them in maintaining law and order, crime investigation and traffic management,Srinivasulu continued his studies and completed Post graduation and MBA in marketing before joining a private company as manager.

However pursuing the old case,a team led by Sadiq Pasha,track down the accused relatives and friends through the police records before zeroing in on the duo .

The duo have been produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody for further investigation.
