The City Civil and Session Court on Saturday hearing the bail petition of gold smuggling racket accused,Ranya Rao,has postponed it to Monday.
The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence while objecting to the bail sought time to make its submission.
Considering the plea the court posted the hearing to Monday .
Ranya Rao was in central prison of parappana Agrahara even since special court of economic offices rejected the bail application and demanded her to judicial custody.
