The Sampigehalli police have arrested a 40-year-old autorickshaw driver for strangulating his wife to death over domestic row before surrendering to the police on Tuesday.
The accused Chandrashekhar married to Deceased Veralamani,35,11 years ago and living in a rented house in Hegde Nagar along with two children.
Senior officer told reporters that Velaramani is an accountant at a private firm and used to be busy on phone always.Chandrashekhar used to have frequent fight accusing her of having affair .
On Tuesday the couple had a fight after the children went to school.In the melee he strangulated her to death and went to the station to inform about this .
The police have registered a case of murder against Chandrashekhar and investigating further to ascertain if there is any other reason behind the murder .
