The Shivajinagar police arrested the youth who misbehaved with his neighbour and assaulted her and family for objecting to his behaviour.
The accused according to the police is habitual offender involved in similar offences earlier.
The accused had eve teased the girl in vidhana soudha and had snatched her mobile phone .
Even Shivajinagar police had previous cases of eve teasing and misbehaviour with the women .
DCP East Division,D.Devraj said that considering the magnitude of his criminal background,the police have opened rowdy sheeter against him.
The police have executed Rs five lakh bond from the accused which will be recovered if he had violated the bail condition.
