A 55-year-old private firm employee was killed in a hit and run case in Bhattarahalli on Old Madras Road on Friday night.
The victim,Kumar,resident of Vinayaka Layout was returning home from night shift when unidentified vehicle knocked down his two wheeler he was riding.
The severely injured Kumar was rushed to the hospital where the doctor declared him as brought dead.
The KR Puram traffic police have registered a case of hit and run and are investigating further to identify the vehicle .
In another incident,a 45-year-old cyclist was killed when a speeding case knocked him down in Devanahalli on Friday night.
The deceased Nagappa,working in a private firm was returning home from work .
The Devanahalli traffic police have registered a case of death due to negligence and rash and negligent driving against the car driver for further investigation.
