The Jayanagar police have arrested a 26-year-old man for harassing a college student near Surana college on Friday.
The accused Suresh a college dropout used to stalk and harass the victim while she was going and returning from college .
The accused on Friday stalked her and touched her inappropriately .
Shocked victim,raised alarm prompting the passers-by to rush to her help and caught the accused. He was thrashed and handed over to the police.
Based on the complaint, the Jayanagar police arrested the accused on the charges of outraging the modesty for further investigations.
