Brics Summit: Scenes of world leaders having fun at the dinner given by Putin at the BRICS summit went viral.

BRICS Summit | Internet Desk: BRICS Summit hosted by Russia is attracting world attention. President Putin gave dinner to world leaders who came to Kazan region to attend this conference. A music program was organized as part of it. Putin enjoyed the music while sitting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Also, the scenes of these three leaders standing together have gone viral. Then, while Putin and Xiping were greeting each other, Modi greeted someone in front of him by saying ‘thumbs up’. 

Kalinka, a popular folk song in Russia since the Second World War, was performed on this occasion. Further, Modi is holding discussions with many leaders in connection with the BRICS summit. Iran’s new president, Masoud Pezheshkian, met amid fierce fighting between Israel-Iranian-backed groups Hamas and Hezbollah. On this occasion, the Prime Minister of India expressed deep concern over the unstable situation in West Asia. Both sides discussed strengthening cooperation in key areas like Chabahar Port and International Transport Corridor. Chinese President Xi Jinping and Modi will have a bilateral meeting today. India’s Secretary of External Affairs Vikram Misri confirmed this to reporters. The meeting will be held against the backdrop of the signing of a key patrolling agreement along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) ending the four-year-old tensions.
