North Zone Police, arrested 12 most wanted Criminals Solved 51 Cases,Stolen Property worth Rs.75 lakhs recovered.

The Bengaluru North Zone police have solved 51 cases in just one month and recovered 692 grams of gold, 9.5 kg of silver articles,18 two wheelers,12 cameras,14 camera lens,60 laptops,70 computers Cpus and other electronic gadgets altogether total worth of Rs.75 lakhs.
The police have arrested 12 people in connection to these cases Also.Jalahalli police were successful in arresting the most wanted criminal Irani gang.Shehan shah and muhammad by recovering 15 gold chains worth of Rs.15 lakhs from them.
Jalahalli police inspector M Murugendrayya and his crime staff has arrested two inter-State Irani gang members and recovered 15 gold chains and a Pulsar bike used to commit crime total worth of 15 lakhs has been recovered from them and the accused has been identified as Shehansha (28) year old resident of Dharwad, and Mohammed (32) year old resident of Dharwad, with this 11 chain snatching reported in last year and 4 of recent cases has been detected.
Sanjaynagar police inspector K R Chandrashekar and his crime staff has arrested 2 persons on the charges of chain snatching and the two accused has been identified as Mubarak (22) year old resident of Kodigehalli and Ajit (20) year old resident of Kodigehalli, and the team has recovered Rs.2.20 lakhs worth of 3 gold chains weighing of 60 grams and a Bajaj Discover bike has been recovered.
Malleshwaram police inspector venkatachalaiah and his crime staff has arrested two fraudsters who used to cheat public by hiring their camera and get disappear after hiring it and with their arrest the cops have recovered 1- Drone Camera, 1 – KTM Duke Bike with 12 Hi End Professional cameras with 14 high quality lenses all worth of Rs.26.63 lakhs, and the accused has been identified as Kumar Akshay (24) year old resident of Laggere, Balaji Nayak (24)year old resident of Pavgada.
Meanwhile they have even detected 9.5 kg silver articles which were basically used to decorate chariot Ratha has been recovered and the thief happened to be his own worker of the contractor and he has also been arrested and the accused has been identified as Harish (23) year old resident of Tamilnadu.
R T Nagar police inspector Raghupathi S M and his crime staff has arrested a notorious HBT offender and with his arrest based on his statement the cops have recovered 130 grams of gold ornaments worth of Rs.3.64 lakhs and the accused has been identified as Suresh (27) year old resident of R T Nagar .
Meanwhile another person has been arrested in R T Nagar police station for cases of cheating and we have recovered 60 laptops and 60 monitors of the computers hence huge number of computers and laptops total valued about Rs.14 lakhs and the accused has been identified as Saif Pasha (22) year old resident of Kamanahalli, Syed Jabeer  (28) year old resident of J J Nagar.
Soladevanahalli police inspector Venkategowda and his crime staff has arrested 2 notorious two wheeler thieves and recovered 7 stolen bike from the accused worth of Rs.3.10 lakhs and the accused has been identified as Rahul M (19) year old resident of Bagalgunte, Ashok Kumar (25) year old resident of Bagalgunte.
Bagalgunte police inspector Virupakshaswamy and his crime staff has arrested habitual offender who is involved in bike theft cases and based on his statement the team has recovered 8 stolen bikes from him worth of Rs.4.50 Lakhs and the accused has been identified as Lakhanna  (19 ) year old resident of Bagalgunte.
Commissioner of Police Praveen Sood said,Today we are meeting here to announce detection of almost 51 cases in North Zone spread over various police station,Jalahalli,Sanjaynagar, Malleshwaram,R T Nagar,Soladevanahalli and Bagalgunte and the property recovered is almost worth of Rs.75 lakhs the property includes 18 Gold Chains,hence 18 cases of chain snatching have been detected 15 cases in jalahalli and 3 cases in Sanjaynagar.This detection has happened by arrest of two people of Irani origin and 3 people or 2 people of local only they are the local people total 18 chain snatching cases have been detected.Then there is a case where 14 cases have been detected from two thieves who used to take Cameras on hire and disappear and most of these cameras are very high value cameras,professional cameras including one of the Drone camera and not only camera but high value lenses such 14 cases have also been solved.Then there is a case of detection of 9.5 kg silver articles which were basically used on the temple purpose for the Ratha and all and thief happened to be the worker his own worker of the contractor and he has also been arrested.In R T Nagar one person has been arrested for 2 house thefts and item worth about Rs.3.64 lakhs has been recovered another person has been arrested in R T Nagar police station for cases of cheating and we have recovered 60 laptops and 60 monitors of the computers hence huge number of computers and laptops total valued about Rs.14 lakhs.Soladevanahalli and Bagalgunte total 3 people have been arrested and 15 vehicles two wheeler have been recovered valued about 7 lakh.Hence total 12 thiefs have been arrested 51 case have been solved and total value of this items recovered is almost 75 lakhs.As you all know our objective is not only to detect cases and recover property but we are  walking a Mile further to ensure that these  properties are restored to their legal owners at the earliest and therefore the police of the various inspectors of North Divison have taken extra effort to go the court take permission of the court and see that the release order obtained and today we had handed over articles back to Atleast 15 people who have lost this properties we have been doing not only returning the properties to various victims but as I had said earlier that we are doing an operation of cleansing the police stations all over the city since January almost 9000 vehicles which were lying abandoned in the police station have been legally with the permission of the court has been auctioned and the money has been deposited in the government treasuries work is still not complete another 3 to 3 and 1/2 vehicles are going to be auctioned in next June and July in next month’s and by July end we hope to clear police stations all garbage routing vehicles many of which are lying there for many years 3 years,4 years and 5 years.So we hope to complete this whole operation clean up in all the police stations 110 police station of city by July end and the total number of vehicles which would have been auctioned by that time would be 11 – 12 thousands I will again give you details once this operation is over.For future we are trying to see that as and when any vehicle any property is recovered we should restore it back to the victim with the permission of the courts so that these properties don’t rout in the police stations and finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner, Praveen Sood, has appreciated Addl CP West, Malini Krishnamurthy,DCP North,Labhuram, and his team as ACPs as,Ravi Prasad,Manjunath Babu,A R Baddiger,PIs as, Murugendrayya,K R Chandrashekar, H V Venkatachalaiah, Raghupathi S M,Ajay Sarathi,Venkategowda,R Virupakshaswamy,PSIs as, Nagaraj, Srinivas H R, Smt.Renuka P, Smt.Prema Kumari, Somashekar, K Suresh, K Ramakrishnaiah, M Kumar, ASIs as, Shivmurthy,Somashekar, and crime staff as, Ramesh, Srinivasmurthy, Naresh, Ravichandra, Sarfaraz Nawaz, Devraj, Naganna, Srinivasmurthy, Munirajaiah, Ganesh K J, Sunil, Errapa H B, Nagappa Jogi, Panchakshari, Kumaraswamy, A S Ashok, Eshwar K Barkhi, and M K Manjanna has been appreciated for the commendable job done by them who has catched most wanted Criminals and the whole team will be rewarded for their big efforts done in detecting the cases he added .
