Seven Foreign National Drug Peddlers arrested,Synthetic Drugs worth Rs.12.4 lakhs recovered:

Continuing the crack down on drug menace,the South division police arrested seven foreign nationals and recovered synthetic drugs worth RS.12.4 lakh from them.

The drive was carried by three police stations including Thalagattapura,Kumaraswamy Layout and Basavanagudi in different locations on Sunday.

The accused has been identified as,Sanojo Ismail,Oyaka,26,from Ivorycosta,kizz Prince,23, From Nigeria,Christian Kabong Maseb,25,from Congo,Jean Paul,34 from Congo,Isbanugo Chibuke,29 from Nigeria,Ucchana Emanuel,25, Nigeria and Manuel Blade,27,from Nigeria.

Harish Pande,DCP South division,said that the accused were caught red handed in different locations while peddling the MDMA and ecstasy blot papers and powder.

Thalagattapura police inspector,Ramappa Gutter and his team acting on tip-off nabbed two persons near Avalahalli double road when they were waiting for their clients,the team seized Rs.1.92 lakhs worth Synthetic Drugs from their possession.

Kumaraswamy layout police inspector R Shivakumar,and his team based on credible information from their reliable inputs,as two foreign nationals are waiting for their clients near Pragathipura in Banashankari 2nd stage with LSD papers and MDMA synthetic the team rushed to spot and nabbed the duo and seized,96 LSD blot papers,39 gram MDMA powder, Worth Rs.6 lakhs from their possession.

Basavanagudi police inspector,Ramesh R received a credible information about drug peddling near BMS engineering college in bull temple road acting on information PSI Murali and staff rushed to spot and nabbed three foreign nationals who were in possession of drugs during raid the team seized 22.5 grams of MDMA powder,with 42 grams of ECSTASY tablets and 5 gram cocoaine worth Rs.4.5 lakhs from their possession.

Some of the accused have already arrested under narcotics case earlier,but they came out on bail and continued to peddle drugs.The police are now investigating to ascertain the source of the drugs and a case has been registered under NDPS Act against all the seven foreign nationals and further investigation is on.

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant has appreciated,Addl CP West, Soumendhu Mukherjee,DCP South,Harish Pandey,ACPs as,Manjunath Babu,Shanthamalappa,PIs,as,Ramappa B Gutter,Ramesh R,P Shivakumar,PSIs,as, Subramani K,Nagesh HM,Murali Mohan with their whole team who has done a exemplary work in nabbing the seven foreign nationals and recovering synthetic drugs and a suitable reward will be given to the team he added.
