A 74-year-old businessman was brutally murdered by his domestic help at his apartment who ransacked the apartment and escaped with the valuables on Tuesday night .
The Deceased has been identified as Jugraj Lunkad Jain native of Sojat City in Rajasthan.
Senior officers as,Addl CP West, Sandeep Patil, DCP West Dr Sanjeev M Patil ACP, KC Giri,PI,E Yerriswamy with FSL experts and dog squad rushed to the Kings Enclave apartments.
After inspecting the spot and collecting information from relatives senior officer said,the deceased a vicitm was living with his younger son and family at an apartment on 4th cross Chamarajpet and owned an Electrical appliance shop in chickpet.
The family has hired a man identified as Bijaram from Rajasthan as domestic help a six months ago.
On Tuesday Jugraj jain was alone as his family had gone to visit the relatives.The murder came to light when one of the relative called Jugaraj to check on his but there was no response.
He informed the elder son Prakash Chand staying with his family separately,who rushed to the house and found the door was locked .
With the help of a key maker, the door was opened and it was found Jugaraj lying in the bathroom with gagged and hands and legs tied .
Prakash Chand with the help of others untied Jugraj and found him dead and alerted the police.
The chamarajpet police inspector Yerriswamy rushed to the spot and found that the wardrobes and the house was ransacked and the valuables and cash were missing along with Bijaram.
The Chamarajpet police have launched a massive manhunt to track down Bijaram special teams formed under the supervision of ACP KC Giri and the accused will be nabbed soon he added.
It might be recalled that a A retired pilot of the Indian Air Force (IAF) and his wife were found murdered in their villa in Eagleton The Golf Village at Bidadi on the western outskirts of Bengaluru in February this year.
The police arrested the caretaker, joginder Singh who was hired to take care of the dogs and killed the couple to rob their valuables.
