Continuing investigations into the PSI recruitment scam,the CID officials on Sunday filed three more FIR against candidates who have cleared the exam through OMR scam.
Meanwhile Yelahanka police arrested another candidate accused Darshan Gowda who was first interrogated and after collecting his OMR sheet the CID officials sent it for FSL and after getting report of his involvement and malpractice the Yelahanka police arrested Darshan Gowda and search is on for his father said a senior officer.
Deputy Superintendent of Police,Shivakumar S, who is leading the investigation in his complaint to the Ramamurthy Nagar police station said that the accused Harish HB along with others had attended the written exam held in new horizon college in Kasturi Nagar on October 2021.
He filled only key answer in the OMR sheet and left the other answers blank while submitting.
The OMR sheet was later filled by the middlemen and other accused who are part of the accused and are presently the scanner,he said.
The CID officials who collected the carbon copy of the OMR and sent it to FSL along with the original OMR sheet for verification.
The result confirmed that the key answers at the submitted OMR sheet were filled in different time using different pen.
Based on the results the officials registered a case of cheating and forgery against Harish HB, Darshan Gowda and Mohan Kumar in RM Nagar, Yelahanka and Koramangala police stations based on their exam centers .
