Anacapalli: TDP senior leader and former minister Chintakayala Ayyannapatra has been arrested by the AP CID police. Ayyanna has been accused of submitting forged documents in the case of house wall demolition. Ayyannapatra is the first accused in this case, Vijay is the second accused and Rajesh is the third accused. Against this background, police surrounded his house in Narsipatnam on Thursday morning. They jumped the wall and entered the house. After that Ayyanna was served notices and arrested. His son Chintakayala Rajesh was also detained by the police. The CID police have registered cases against Ayyanna under various non-bailable sections. Police said Ayyanna will be produced in Eluru court.

“At least they didn’t let me change my clothes. The police took my husband away without giving him a chance to wear sandals. Our family has been harassed in one way or another for the past three years. Their aim is to get involved in some case and get arrested. My husband and son are in danger. If anything happens to them, the government will have to take full responsibility,” Ayyanna’s wife Padmavathi said.
