I don’t hear.. I don’t see!

“If the authorities are available to the people who come to express their problems and receive their requests, half of them will be solved there. How can we expect problems to be solved if the people who are supposed to receive the requests are not available? Where the system is not like that then corrective action should be taken.

They don’t meet the people… They don’t know their sufferings. With the

Lack of accountability among officials

“If the authorities are available to the people who come to express their problems and receive their requests, half of them will be solved there. How can we expect problems to be solved if the people who are supposed to receive the requests are not available? Where the system is not like that then corrective action should be taken. All the staff should be available in the village secretariats every day from 3 to 5 pm. The process of receiving petitions should be done daily. Response program should be organized every Monday in district, division and mandal headquarters. District collector and JC must participate not only… all officials at every level should be seen to participate. The District Collector and SP should review every Wednesday on the resolution of the requests received in response. The chief secretary of the government should review it every Thursday.

*These are the words of Chief Minister Jagan every time he reviews the response program from the Tadepalli camp office. If you listen to these words… how much attention does the Chief Minister listen to people’s problems and solve them? It seems But it’s all just words. Till telling the authorities..! Before the elections, he said ‘I am there… I have heard’… after coming to power, he stopped listening to people’s problems. From the staff of the village secretariat to the chief secretary of the government, the CM has directed who to do on the response… what is he doing at his level? How many days are you going to the secretariat? He does not see the face of the secretariat except when the cabinet meetings are held. Earlier all Chief Ministers used to go to the Secretariat. According to their convenience they would devote some time to listen to public issues. Applicants. From time to time financial assistance was granted from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to those who came with medical needs. It may not be possible for the Chief Minister himself to attend to everyone who comes with various problems… But there should be a strong system for that..! If the CM meets the people directly according to his convenience… they will also be assured. If the CM himself knows the problems of the people… then accountability will be created in the officials too. If the problem is not solved at their level… there is a fear of getting reprimanded if they go to the attention of the CM. Is there such fear in any of the authorities and that assurance to the people? If so… why would a woman try to commit suicide near the Chief Minister’s camp office to save her daughter? From the district to the state level… Why did no one pay attention to her wall even though she walked around the government offices? It may not be possible for the Chief Minister himself to attend to everyone who comes with various problems… But there should be a strong system for that..! If the CM meets the There is fear in the people if there is a CM’s visit…

Any ruler wants to get along with the people. They want to know the problems of the people themselves and formulate government policies. But Jagan is different. In the past, any Chief Minister… used to devote a lot of time to listen to people’s problems according to their convenience. But Jagan is mostly confined to the camp office. Never met the common people who came to share their problems. Do you meet people when you go on district tours? That means no. Talking about the problems with the CM is not enough. If the CM is coming, it is as if the people of that town are in jail. Police restrictions will start two days before. Leaders of opposition parties are put under house arrest. The same is the fate of those who want to raise their voice on the issues. In the CM’s visits amid restrictions and restrictions…where can the people meet him? Where is the wall going to go?

Should apply to CM’s office too..

The Chief Minister says that if there is a strong system to receive complaints from those who come with problems, half of the problems will be solved there. Shouldn’t that apply to his office as well? Even at the Tadepalli camp office…shouldn’t there be a robust system to receive and resolve complaints? When the chief minister doesn’t have time to listen to people’s problems on a daily basis…shouldn’t he at least entrust that responsibility to an official in a responsible position in his office? Now the CM’s camp office is not accepting requests? That means taking. But it is all going well. An officer from the CMO is coming and taking requests from the people and sending them. But that does not guarantee that the problem will be solved for the victims.

At least humane or not?

The experience of Arudra, who came to Tadepalli with the hope that even if she met the CM, she would find a solution to her problem, brought her life-like daughter with her who could not move her legs and arms, could not keep her neck straight. Is the treatment of the authorities not humane? When the Chief Minister went to Gollaprolu of Kakinada district… she tried to go to Godu with him. But the authorities did not allow it. He went to the District Collectorate and gave petitions six times in the response program. However, there is no response from the authorities.

There are all those unfortunate people like Arudra… who roam around the secretariat and government offices wondering who to tell their grievances to and who will solve them if they tell them to. Ayyavarayah of Tirupati spent Rs 29.20 lakhs for his son’s cancer treatment. The chief minister is running around the secretariat for the relief fund… so far the problem has not been resolved. Those bills are missing, unless these papers are returned, the problem is not resolved. He traveled 450 km from Tirupati and visited his secretariat six times so far. If the capital is moved to Visakha as the government says… the same person will travel 800 km. Had to travel. If the secretariat is in the middle of the state… it is becoming difficult for the common man to have to go all the time for a job. People of Rayalaseema districts feel that if such an office is placed in Visakha on one side of the state, their problems will get worse.
