Alibaba fame Tunisha Sharma died by suicide at the age of 20. The actress hanged herself on the sets of her show inside co-star Sheezan Khan’s make up room. Currently, the police have arrested Sheezan in abetment of suicide.
Tunisha Sharma passed away last night at the age of 20. She committed suicide on the sets of her recent show in the makeup room. She was one of the popular faces on TV and has worked in many Bollywood movies too. Here are some lesser-known facts about the ‘Dastaan-E-Kabul’ actress. So the nickname of this Chandigarh-hailing charming beauty is Tunno. The actress had the cutest nickname, as beautiful as she was. Tunisha Sharma made her TV debut as a child actor with ‘Maharana Pratap’ as Chand Kanwar. On the Bollywood front, you’ve probably seen the 2016 film ‘Fitoor’, in which a lovely teenage girl portrayed the character of young Firdous, which Katrina Kaif further played, was Tunisha.
Dancing Queen
Tunisha always loved dancing, she had shared many reels on her social media and fans loved them all. Tunisha had spoken about her depression and said that she never felt like working because of her depression issue. “I was suffering from anxiety issues and feeling low even before ‘Internet Wala Love’ started. I have been working since a young age and lost my father at an early age. Then I lost my cousin sister’s and my grandmother passed away too. I was emotionally broken to take care of myself. There was a constant fear of not being able to work. My schedule turned erratic and I had to consult a doctor. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression,” she had said.
She is the ultimate worker bee, ambitious, organized, practical, goal-oriented, and does not mind the hustle, ready to give up a lot in order to achieve her goals. She also loves making her own rules, which means she strives to reach high career positions. A police official said that the actress died in one of the makeup rooms where she hung herself from a fan. She was immediately rushed to the hospital, where she was declared dead.

The actress was shooting for her Tv show, Ali Baba Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul. She appears to have died on the set, in the Naigaon make-up room. Tunisha was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
The police have arrived on the show’s set for further investigation. She was reportedly in Sheezan Mohammed Khan’s makeup room, according to sources. After his shot, Sheezan went back and discovered the room was locked. When Tunisha did not open the door despite repeated requests, it was broken open and Tunisha was rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, she could not be saved.
Tunisha was a child performer. She appeared alongside Katrina Kaif and Vidya Balan. Tunisha made her acting debut in Fitoor, playing the younger Katrina Kaif. In Baar Baar Dekho, she did the same thing. She shared the screen with Vidya Balan in Kahaani 2. She appeared on TV programmes such as Internet Wala Lov, Ishq Subhallah, Gayab, and Sher-E-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh and was a well-known face there as well.
