Even properties belonging to politicians especially ruling party MLAs are not safe now.Golihatti D Shekhar, MLA of Hosadurga constituency has filed a complaint with the Sanjay Nagar police alleging a group of 10 people forged the documents of a 4000 Square feet ‘G’ category site allotted by the state government and registered .
Based on the complaint the police on December 10, registered an FIR against 10 people charging them under cheating and forgery .
Mr.Shekhar in his complaint also accused Byatarayanapura Sub-Registrar who registered the plot on the basis of the false documents.
The site in question was alloted to him in 2015,along with MLA,Abhay Patil and former minister,PM Narendra Swamy by the government.
MLA Goolihatti Shekhar, who had a complete record of land allotted in RMV 2nd phase of Lotte Gollahalli, Sanjaya Nagar,is shocked to find that his site has now been registered in someone else’s name and started construction.The police have questioned few people in this connections and further investigating said a senior officer.
