Military Nursing Officers Pass Out From College Of Nursing Command Hospital Bangalore

A spectacular passing out parade of Military Nursing Officers was held at College of Nursing,Command Hospital Air Force Bangalore (CHAFB on 07 February 2023.

The parade was reviewed by Air Vice Marshal PK Ghosh,Senior Officer In Charge Administration,Head Quarter Training Command (HQTC) Indian Air Force.Air Vice Marshal,Sadhna S Nair,Principal Medical Officer,Head Quarter Training Command was the Guest of Honour IAF with Air Vice Marshal S Shankar Commandant,CHAFB in attendance.

A total of 18 Nursing Graduates were formally inducted into Military Nursing Services on this occasions.

The young entrants donning their Beige uniform for the first time displayed spectacular drill.Brig Gracy M Paul Principal Matron,CHAFB administered the oath to these budding professionals.

They pledged to serve the diverse clientele of Tri-Services across the country during peace and war.

Addressing the parade,the Reviewing Officer congratulated the newly commissioned Nursing Officers and highlighted that this day is a new beginning in their lives.

He emphasized that nursing profession demands highest order of dedication, zeal and insurmountable spirit.

The Air Officer exhorted, the passing out MNS Officers to keep themselves abreast with the latest developments in the field of Medicine and Nursing bed sides keeping up the ethos of this noble profession.

Lieutenant Subeksha Sharma was awarded AOC-In-C TC IAF Rolling Trophy for the Best Out Going Student. Lieutenant Kiran Kalrabagged the DGMS (Air) Rolling Trophy for Best in Academics while Lieutenant Aswathi T bagged Commandant Rolling Trophy for Best Bedside Nurse.
