They informed that the cess amount of Rs.600 crore is pending with the BBMP.
A cess of 6 % is collected through libraries which is supposed to be transferred to the library head of account.
Representatives of Sapna Book House,Nirantara Prakashana,Geethanjali Prakashana and other publications were present in the delegation.
