Jedarahalli krishnappa among eight people have been booked under cheating and forgery .
Based on the complaint by landlord Shankrappa,the Byadarahalli police have registered a case under forgery cheating and criminal intimidation and assault.
The complainant has claimed 16.3 acres of land in herohalli in blore North taluk it was ancestral property out of his land 13 acres was war marked by Shankrappa for development.
Meanwhile the accused jedarahalli krishnappa and his associates trespassed into his property and threatened him with dire consequences claiming that he owned the land.
The police have summoned Krishnappa for questioning.
